摘    要:针对产品设计依赖模型仅表达静态依赖关系,模型结构难以实现自动更新这一问题,首先提出基于有限状态机的设计依赖建模方法,通过对依赖关系适用性和依赖模式进行显式表征,可实现依赖关系的动态表征,支持多层级依赖关系建模;通过对设计参数及依赖关系的特性进行类别划分,定义相应的拓扑层次,实现基于拓扑层次的依赖模型参数更新;并在固有依赖关系基础上定义依赖模式,实现基于依赖模式的依赖模型结构更新.最后以二连杆机器人为实例进行实验的结果表明,该方法能有效地支持多层次动态依赖关系建模,所构建的建模平台成熟,便于工程应用.

Abstract:Dependency model usually only statically depicts product design dependencies, without considering automatic updates of the model structure. This study begins to propose a design dependency modelling method based on finite state machine, which explicitly represents dependency applicability and dependency pattern to support dynamic modelling of dependencies and multi-level dependency modelling. Then, based on the characteristics of design parameters and dependencies, the corresponding topological hierarchy is defined and an update algorithm of dependency parameters is proposed using topology hierarchy. Supported by dependency pattern derived from intrinsic dependencies, a structure update algorithm is proposed for dependency model. Finally, a robot case is employed for demonstration, which indicates the capability of multi-level dynamic dependency modeling and the maturity of modeling platforms for engineering practices.
