摘    要:铝挤压机系统是一个多液压源、多液压缸的系统,难以使用传统的方法进行数字化建模.为了有效地开展AEM的液压系统设计与性能分析,本文提出一种集成时序Petri网和键合图的铝挤压机建模方法.其中,TPN用于AEM的工序建模,BG图用于液压系统的辅助设计,两者通过有限自动机耦合,可以用于系统全面性能分析.实验结果表明,数字化模型与实际系统具有明确的物理相似性.

Abstract:Aluminium extrusion machine (AEM) system is a system with multi-hydraulic sources and multi-cylinders, the digital modelling of which is rather difficult with the traditional methods. To effectively design and analyze an AEM hydraulic system, an AEM model based on integrated timing Petri net (TPN) and bond graph (BG) method was presented. TPN was used in AEM process mod- elling and BG was used in hydraulic system aided design, whereas a finite automaton was adopted for the coupling. The performance and analysis tests of the digital model were conducted. The test re- suits show that the digital model has a physical similarity with the actual system and can be used in the overall performance analysis of the AEM system.
