| 摘 要： | 针对中小型电机工艺装备存在的问题，对以PDM系统为数据集成平台进行的产品快速变型设计方法进行了详细研究。分析了变型技术在快速产品设计中的作用，以实例说明了对如何进行零件变型定义、构建变型零件的事物特性表。提出了基于事物特征的四层产品结构分类方法及变型组合产品的结构，实现电机工艺装备的快速变型设计。

| Abstract: | Aiming at some problems existing in technical equipment of middle and small size electric machine,the methods of rapid variety design based on product data management system as data integrated base is studied in detail. The role of variety design on rapid product design and presents how to define the guided bolt in variety design and build affair feature list of variety part are presented. The four-layer classifying method based on feature and the structure of variety combined product is proposed. Rapid variety design about the technical equipment of middle and small size electric machine based on PDM is realized. |
