摘    要:箱式电机钢板机座焊接结构较复杂,焊接应力大,精加工后内孔尺寸发生变化,电机装配后运转会引起振动等问题,严重影响电机质量,因此消除焊接残余应力的工作越来越被重视.通过实际产品测试,研究了退火工艺参数变化对残余应力影响,为电机钢板焊接件退火提供参考依据.
