摘    要:研究了铁屑焦炭法处理含铬废水的反应条件,探讨了酸度、焦炭的用量、铁的用量、温度、进水Cr6+浓度等因素对处理效果的影响.结果表明,进水pH≤2.0时,5g焦炭和3g铁屑能迅速将50mL含Cr6+100mg/L的电镀废水还原,使其达到排放标准.

Abstract:The reaction conditions of treating Cr plating wastewater with carbon-iron mixture method are introduced. The influences of acidity, quality of carbon and iron, temperature, concentration of Cr(Ⅵ) are stated in detail. The results show that 100 mg/L Cr(Ⅵ) in 50 mL wastewater is reduced quickly and reached the drainage standard by adding 5 g carbon and 3 g iron in pH≤2.0.
