不同硫化体系EPDM老化性能的研究

摘    要:研究了DCP用量对EPDM力学性能、老化性能的影响。结果表明,采用过氧化物DCP硫化体系的力学性能优于硫磺硫化体系。DCP硫化的EPDM加入抗氧剂MB后具有较高的耐热氧老化性能,显示出MB具有较高的防护效能。

Abstract:This paper mainly studied the effect of the dicumyl peroxide(DCP) on the mechanical of the ethylene-propylene-diene monomer rubber.The results showed that the mechanical properties of the EPDM cured with sulfur-curing system were better than that cured with DCP.And antioxidant 2-mercaptobenzimidazole(MB) gave the better heat aging properties of EPDM cured with DCP.Antioxidant MB was effective for EPDM.
