摘    要:在Mo-B-Fe-Cr-Ni系统中,分别掺加不同含量的WC进行真空液相烧结,用电子万能材料试验机和硬度计测定材料的弯曲强度与硬度,用XRD、SEM观察分析材料的物相和组织结构.结果表明,在满足反应生成Mo2FeB2的前提下,掺加的WC作为形核中心,降低了烧结过程中的成核位垒,使烧结过程更易进行,烧结生成的Mo2FeB2硬质相与WC晶粒形成了无污染、弱界面结合的双硬质相,并且在粘结相中分布均匀,提高了材料的抗弯强度和硬度.

Abstract:In-situ Mo2FeB2 material was obtained by adding different contents of WC in Mo-B-Fe-Cr-Ni system and carrying out the vacuum sintering.The bending strength and hardness were tested by electronic universal material testing machine and hard ometal.The phase and microstructure of the material were analyzed by means of XRD and SEM.The results show that in on the condition of preparing the Mo2FeB2,the extra WC as the nucleation centre will reduce nucleation barrier during sintering process.The pollution-free and...
