师生互动与生命课堂的建构

师生互动是存在于师生问,在师生间发生的一种人际互动.传统的课堂,教师用对象化的眼光审视学生,真正的互动难以发生.生命课堂是师生主体间互动的课堂.生命课堂的建构必须凸现师生的平等与对话,共同创设以知识生成为中介的交往情境,使师生在情感上相互开放、相互支持,在人格上彼此尊重、相互渗透.

Teacher-Student Interaction and Construction of Active Class

Teacher-Student Interaction is the interchange of feelings between students and teachers. In traditional classes teachers often take their students as containers to be filled in and real interaction is difficult to be initiated; while in active classes, both students and teachers are the main body and they exchange their ideas equally. Therefore, the construction of active class must bear such characteristics that teacher and students are in a equal position and can have a talk as friends. In order to construct such a class, we must set up a communication situation in which knowledge-production is a media, and in such situation, students and teachers are open and support each other in emotion, while in moral quality, they respect each other and learn from each other.
