添加剂JDTV01对从石煤中浸出钒的影响

摘    要:在石煤酸浸提钒过程中,加入代号为JDTV01的添加剂可明显提高钒的浸出率,减少硫酸用量。通过单因素试验和正交试验,考察了硫酸浓度、添加剂JDTV01用量、固液质量体积比、浸出温度、浸出时间等因素对钒浸出率的影响。结果表明:在硫酸浓度20%、添加剂用量1.5%、固液质量体积比1∶1、浸出温度95℃、浸出时间11h条件下,钒的浸出率达到98.4%。

Abstract:When leaching vanadium from stone coal,adding JDTV01 can obviously improve leaching rate of vanadium and reduce dosage of sulfuric acid.The effects of sulfuric acid concentration,additive dosage,solid-liquid ratio,leaching temperature and leaching time etc on vanadium leaching rate are investigated by single factor experiment and orthogonal test method.The results show that leaching rate of vanadium is of 98.4% under the optimization conditions the sulfuric acid concentration of 20%,additive dosage of 1.5%,solid-liquid ratio of 1∶1,leaching temperature of 95℃ and leaching time of 11 h.
