摘    要:对用工业废盐酸浸出菱锰矿制备四水氯化锰进行了扩大试验。结果表明:在浸出温度80℃、pH=3.0、液固体积质量比4∶1、浸出时间60min条件下,锰浸出率达91.1%;浸出过程中添加硫酸锰可去除大部分钙,浸出液一次浓缩后,除钙率达到95%;利用氟化锰除镁,氟化锰过量系数为1.0时,除镁率达86%;净化液经氯化钡脱硫、浓缩结晶,获得四水氯化锰产品,其质量达到HG-T3816—2006标准,锰回收率为72.3%。

Abstract:Pilot test on leaching low-grade rhodochrosite using industrial waste hydrochloride to prepare tetrahydrate manganese chloride was introduced.The results show that at the optimum process conditions of leaching temperature of 80 ℃,leaching time of 60 min,pH of 3.0,ratio of liquid to solid of 4∶1,leaching rate of manganese reaches 91.1%.Most of Ca can be removed simultaneous during leaching by addition MnSO4.Ca removing rate reaches 95% after preliminary concentrating.Mg removing rate reaches 86% when the excessive ratio of MnF2 is 1.0.The product of tetrahydrate manganese chloride can be obtained from purification solution after desulfidation and evaporation crystallization,which quality satisfying criteria of HG/T3816—2006,and recovery of Mn is over 72%.
