浙江某金矿全泥氰化浸出试验研究

摘    要:对浙江某金精矿氰化浸出工艺进行改进,将贵液直接返回磨机边磨边浸,在富氧条件下直接全泥氰化浸出金,含氰污水全部返回流程。实践结果表明:工艺改进后不仅大大缩短了浸出时间,而且金、银总回收率均提高了5%以上,并有较好的环境效益。

Abstract:The full-slime cyanidation leaching process for a gold concentrate in Zhejiang is improved.Pregnant solution is returned to grind ore,gold is leached at the same time of milling.At rich-oxygen conditions,the concentrate is directly full-slime cyanidation leached,and all of effluent containing cyanide is recycled.The practice result shows that leaching time is significantly shortened,total recovery of gold and silver increased over 5% than original process,and environmental benefit is good.
