| 摘 要： | 采用波士顿矩阵分析了造成山东服装产品疲软的根本原因，使用层次分析法优化了产品结构，运用灰色系统预测了产品结构优化后的山东服装产品的附加值将提高４０％的经济效益，对山东今后的服装业发展提出了建议。

| Abstract: | Analyses the fundamental cause leading to the slumping of shandong garments products by adopting portfolio matrices trends and betters product mix by employing AHP methad. In addition the thesis forecasts by using GM (1.1) that the value added by mannfacture of shangdong garments can be increased by 40% with the bettering product mix adopted which means considerable economy benefit. Meanwhile the author puts for forward some practical suggestions for the development of shandong graments industry. |
