拆房管理系统的设计与实现

文章介绍基于MicrosoftVisualStudio2008的VB．NET开发的“上海市房屋拆除工程施工安全管理办公室拆房企业与人员管理系统”。其中，系统所具备的施工企业管理、施工人员管理和工程项目管理等功能模块，基本满足了日常管理的需求，实现了对施工企业资质证书、安全生产许可证书等信息的查询与批量更新，实现了对施工人员职业资格证书状态的管理和计分管理，并实现了企业、人员、工程之间的相互关联，支持与MicrosoftOfficeWord和MicrosoftOfficeExcel软件的协同应用，对拆房办加强行业管理、提高工作效率方面有一定的积极作用。

Design and Realization of House Removal ManagementSystem

This article introduces ＂House Removal Enterprise and Personnel Man- agement System of Shanghai House Removal Engineering Construction Safety Management Office＂ based on VB.NET of Microsoft Visual Studio 2008. Construction enterprise management, construction personnel management and engineering project management and other function modules of the system basically meet the requirements of daily management, realize the query and batch update of construction enterprise qualification certificate, safety production permit and other information, realize the management of construction personnel vocational qualification certificate status and score management, realize the association among enterprise, personnel and project, support the collaborative application of Microsoft Office Word and Microsoft Office Excel software, play an active role in strengthening the industry management of house removal office and improving work efficiency.
