| 摘 要： | 应用有限元软件建立了车轮的计算模型，进行了试验验证了该模型的精确程度，在有限元模型的计算结果的指导下对车轮的结构进行了改进，降低了车轮应力水平，提高了车轮的试验疲劳寿命。

| Abstract: | The model of steel wheel is established using FEA software,in order to verify the accuracy of the model,an experiment is carried out.According to FEA calculation results,modified the wheel structure,these modifications reduced the high stress in the wheel,therefore improved the fatigue life of it. |
