| 摘 要： | 当前我国房地产业繁荣,正处于建设高潮,为了响应可持续发展的目标,当前建筑大多要求节能率在50%以上,对于房地产开发商以及消费者如何来评价节能建筑的经济效果,结合实际给出一定的思路和方法。
