摘    要:在识别高阻接地故障与并联电容器投切进行区分的基础上,利用故障及投切操作的暂态高频分量的不同分析了新判据在其他正常投切操作如线路空载合闸、单相重合闸时的可靠性,以保证系统运行的可靠性和安全性。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of how to detect highimpedance grounding fault and how to distinguish HIF from switching on shunt capacitors,more reliability verification of normal switching events such as no-load switching on and single-phase automatic reclosing are discussed by applying the difference of transient high-frequency components between fault and normal switching events to improve the reliability of system operation.
