| Abstract: | Expounding energy-saving startup and shutdown of the two 600 MW units installed in the second phase in Harbin No.3 Power Plant,this paper,from startup and shutdown,improvement of units and so on,analyzes the economic elements affecting startup and shutdown and puts forward operational technologies to save energy and reduce consumption when units start up and shut down. |
