乏气送粉制粉系统爆炸原因分析

摘    要:对闵行发电厂10号炉乏气送粉制粉系统爆炸事件进行了分析。分析认为,磨煤机停运时煤粉未抽清,长时间停运使积粉氧化发热,再次启动倒风时,风粉充分混合引发了爆炸。针对性地提出了防止类似事故发生的措施。

Abstract:Analyzes the explosion accident of the PF bunker type milling system with exhaust gas as the conveyance medium of NO. 10 boiler in Minhang Power Plant. The result indicates coal powder accumulated in pipe when the milling system out of service for a long time. The coal powder remained in pipe oxidated and heated. The explosion accident happened when air and powder mixed completely during the period of starting milling system again.
