摘    要:研究了铜在铬酸体系中的防变色表面处理,发现在铬酸溶液或铬酸溶液中加入硅酸胶体,以恒电位的阴极极化处理,纯铜表面形成透明氧化物层,并具有很好的抗硝酸氧化腐蚀作用.分析膜主要成分是xCr2O3·ySiO2·zCu.

Abstract:The formation of anti-corrosion oxide film on copper were studied. A transparent oxide film was formed on copper after cathodic polariza-tion in a solution consisting of chromate and silicic acid(or silicon dioxide sol).The oxide film is very effective to prevent copper from corrosion.Analysis of XPS indicated that the film is mainly consisted of xCr2O3·ySiO2·zCu.
