摘    要:通过对便携式蓄冷保温箱在PCM放冷时的传热情况进行实验跟踪,得出各点的T-t曲线,发现底部冷量损失严重.遂提出保温箱结构的优化方案,并用ANSYS模拟对各方案下保温性能做出理论验证.通过对保温箱各项性能指标与底部聚氨酯发泡层厚度的关系的推导,得出聚氨酯发泡层的增厚在增强保温性能的同时会减少保温箱的有效容积;而真空绝热板与聚氨酯发泡组合而成的复合保温材料可起到在不减少保温箱有效容积的前提下降低箱体冷负荷15.7%的效果.
