基于仿真技术的圆管空拔成形研究

摘    要:该研究将圆形铝管的空拔工艺与模拟分析技术有机结合起来.推导了工艺参数与空拔力的关系公式,基于有限元分析软件Defom-3D建立了圆形铝管空拔成形的动力学模型及弹塑性有限元模型.并对空拔工艺进行了模拟分析,得出摩擦系数对拉拔力的影响曲线.阐述了空拔的变形机理,总结出空拔过程中的金属流动规律,建立了圆管坯空拔过程中的变形区划.针对某一规格的圆形铝管完成成形模拟,对每个变形区的壁厚变化做了定量的分析,对出模后的径缩现象给予了定量分析.文章对变形区划、变形区壁厚变化的研究具有一定的创新性,研究取得的成果对实际生产具有一定的指导作用.

Abstract:In this paper simulation technology is applied to the drawing process without plug. The formula about the relationship between forming process parameters and drawing load was deducted. The dynamic model and elastic - plastic finite dement model of the forming process were established based on FEM software Deform - 3D, then the forming process was simulated and analyzed. Finally the curve revealed how the friction coefficient affected the draw- ing load, and the deformation mechanism was expounded, the metal plastic flow law was summarized, and the deformation regions were partitioned. Further more, an excellent response about one type of aluminum circular tube was simulated, based on which the difference of thickness in each area and the shrink of tube were quantitatively analyzed. The research on the partition of deformation regions and the difference of thickness was innovative.
