摘    要:等离子体电极普克尔盒电光开关可以用于ICF高功率激光驱动系统中。本文建立一维及二维流体力学模型,对单脉冲驱动等离子体电极普克尔盒电光开关进行了数值模拟。分析了气体放电微观过程跟开关性能参数的关系。同时给出了开关电流、KDP晶体充电电压、开关效率随时间变化的曲线和粒子浓度等曲线,并与实验结果进行了对比,证明了该模型的可行性。

Abstract:A Plasma-Electrode Pockels'Cell(PEPC)can be used in a high-power laser driving ICF system.In this paper,a one-dimensional model and a two-dimensional model are established and the simulation of a one-pulse-process driving PEPC is given.The relation of the microcosmic process of gas discharge with the parameter of the switch is analyzed.The curves of switch current,plasma-electrode voltage and switch efficiency varied with time and the charged particle density curve are given and compared with the experimental results.It shows that the models are feasible.
