交流异步伺服控制器在数控摩擦焊机上的应用

摘    要:摩擦焊接多采用半自动或手动控制,而且对非圆形工件的定位焊接还无法完成。本研究依据转差矢量控制原理,将交流异步伺服控制器应用于数控摩擦焊机.在焊机主轴选用上满足了在0.2s下定位的要求,使数控摩擦焊接成为可能。

Abstract:Conventionally, friction welding is controlled by semiautomatic or manual method. These methods are ineffective to orient a non-circular workpiece. Based on the vector control principle, this paper presents the application of AC induction servo technology to computerized numerical control friction welding. The requirement of orientation at 0.2 s is satisfied for non-circular workpieces.
