| 摘 要： | 在对高铬白口铸铁叶片的化学成分进行调整的前提下，运用变质原理对铁液进行了炉内变质和炉外二次孕育处理，并改进了造型工艺和热处理工艺，使叶片的宏观和微观质量都有较大幅度的提高，使用寿命提高了一倍多。

| Abstract: | Based on adjustment of chemical composition of high Cr white cast iron blade, modification in the furnace and second inoculated out of the furnace as well as improvement of molding technology and heat treatment have resulted in dramatic increase of quality of both appearance and microstructure of blade with lengthening of service life by one time. |
