摘    要:本文提出一种用于混凝土结构钢筋腐蚀监测的光波导传感方案,该方案基于用金属膜层局部取代光波导的介质包层,构成腐蚀敏感膜,从而获取金属腐蚀信息。本文依据波导理论定性分析了该方案的腐蚀传感原理,提出了在光纤表面形成与钢筋材料相同的FeC合金膜的电化学镀膜方法,通过引入化学镀银夹层充当电镀负极,解决了光纤与FeC合金亲和性差的问题。在平板波导材料上研究了电化学镀膜工艺,并研制出含有Ag 夹层的Fe- C合金膜层的光纤腐蚀传感器,用多种加速腐蚀介质评价了该传感器的腐蚀传感特性,结果证实了所提传感方案的可行性。

Abstract:An optical wave guide sensing method was proposed for monitoring corrosion of steel in reinforced concrete structures.Replacing the cladding of wave guide with metal film in a particular location,the method takes the metal film as the corrosion sensitive film.The principle of sensing method was analyzed.The electrochemical method was proposed to put the metal film onto the fiber.The procedure of electroplating Fe C alloy film to SiO 2 substrate was firstly investigated with planner wave guide,and electroless plating silver onto SiO 2 was introduced to as the cathode of electroplating.Some optic fiber corrosion sensors were made with electrochemical method.The sensor was intensively corroded with HNO 3,NSS and simulated concrete pore solution respectively.The experimental results were presented and coincided with theory in some degree.
