20CrMo低合金结构钢激光表面强化研究

摘    要:研究了激光表面强化对20CrMo低合金结构钢组织和性能的影响。结果表明经激光相变硬化处理后,其表硬度可达500-580HV0.1,满足该钢用于一般零件(链轮、齿轮、轴等)的局部表面硬度、耐磨件等机械性能的要求,为改进零件表面处理方法提供了依据。

Abstract:The effect of laser surface hardening on microstructure and properties of alloy structural steel 20CrMo was studied,in this paper.The experimental results have shown that the hardness(500-580HV 0.1 ) were obtained and satisfactoried the mechanical properties required for local hardness?wearability?strength of general components(chain wheel?gear?shaft etc.)used 20CrMo,and the results also could provide a basis for improving the surface properties of components
