5V型活性炭基超电容器的研制

摘    要:详细探讨了活性炭基超电容器的电化学特性。直流充放电、循环伏安以及交流阻抗等实验显示了采用二次刻蚀方法制备的活性炭材料具有良好的容量性能和功率特性,活性物质的比容量为173.2 F/g,在大功率充放电条件下以活性物质为电极的电容器的比能量大于5.0 Wh / kg。采用新型工艺开发的 5 V小型电容器电容量达到3 F以上且电容器电阻低于120 mΩ,具有良好的电化学特性。

Abstract:The electrochemical performances of active carbon based supercapacitor are discussed. The porous carbon material prepared by re-ething technique exhibits perfect physical structure and properties. Its good electrochemical performances have been confirmed by the experiment of CV and AC impedance analysis etc. The specific capacitance of active carbon is 173.2 F/g in the discharge with the current density of 16 mA/cm2. Under large discharge current condition, the specific capacitance of EDLC decreases slightly and the specific energy of material remains 5.0 Wh/kg or over. Of the newly-developed 5 V supercapacitor, the capacitance is over 3F, and the resistance less than 120 mΩ.
