薄壁管滚珠旋压成形数值模拟

摘    要:应用DEFORM-3D软件建立了薄壁管滚珠旋压成形的三维有限元模型,通过对影响滚珠旋压加工的关键工艺参数一进给比进行模拟,得到金属流动的规律及其对表面质量的影响,并进一步分析了应力、应变和旋压力随进给比的变化.模拟结果表明进给比为0.8~1mm/r时旋压成形过程处于较好的稳定状态.

Abstract:The 3D FEM elastic-plastic model of ball-spinning process for thin-walled tube is created by using DEFORM-3D software. The law of the metal flow and its influence on surface quality have been obtained through simulation on the key technical parameters affecting the ball-spinning process-feeding ratio. The simulation results indicate that, when feeding ratio is in the range of 0.8 - 1 mm/r, the spinning process can be in steady state.
