带能谱分析的扫描电子显微镜在材料分析中的应用

摘    要:简要分析了扫描电子显微镜和X射线能量色散谱分析的原理及特点,概述了带能谱分析的扫描电子显微镜的独特优点,然后借助扫描电镜的能谱分析,以难切削加工材料钛合金(TC4)的切削刀具磨损形貌和探求刀具材料成分组分为例,说明了带能谱分析的扫描电镜在定点成分分析、线扫描和面扫描方面的应用。最后总结了这种显微镜的应用范围。

Abstract:The principles and characters of SEM (scanning electron microscope) and X-ray EDX (energy dispersive microanalysis) are analyzed briefly in the paper, and also the special advantages of SEM with EDX are summarized, then with the help of EDX of SEM and taking wear appearance of cutting tool which was used to machining titanium alloys (TC4) and researching the component of cutting tool material for examples, the applications of SEM with EDX on element analysis of special point, line scanning and surface scanning are explained. At last, the paper sums up the range of applications of this SEM with EDX.
