矿用本安语音警示系统的设计

摘    要:为了满足矿井灾害通报实时性需求,采用CAN总线传输数字语音的方式设计一种矿用本安型语音警示系统。该系统节点选用自带CAN控制器的PIC单片机为主控制器、具有低速语音编码算法的AMBE芯片为语音压缩编码处理单元、AT89C51SND1为MP3解码芯片,实现了语音数据的采集、压缩、低速率远程传输及MP3播放功能。测试结果表明:节点声音强度大于85 dB,失真度小于15%,系统频响优于±6 dB。CAN传输波特率为10 kbit/s时,节点间传输距离大于2 km,节点设计合理、性能稳定可靠、使用方便。
