摘    要:8090 Al-Li合金是美国目前应用相当成熟的高强型合金,广泛应用于航空航天工业。8090 Al-Li合金具有密度低、弹性模量高、低温力学性能好等特点,而且在一定的变形条件下,具有一定的超塑性,但存在塑性低、各向异性严重等缺点。通过调整合金成分及采用适当的热处理可提高塑、韧性及减轻各向异性。

Abstract:8090 Al-Li alloys are high strength aluminium-lithium alloys fully used in USA at present.They have been widely used in aeronautical industry.Densities of 8090 Al-Li alloys are low,modulus of elasticity are high,low-temperature mechanical properties are good.At a certain plastic deformation condition,they possess superplastic properties,but 8090 Al-Li alloys have disadvantages of low plasticity and serious anisotropy. Plasticity and toughness can be improved and anisotropy can be lightened by means of adjusting alloy compositions and adopting proper heat treatment.
