汽车盘式制动器制动尖叫的分析

摘    要:针对某轿车盘式制动器的制动尖叫问题,在实体模型的基础上建立了制动器各主要部件的有限元分析模型和耦合接触模型。为了提高模型的计算精度,采用模态实验对有限元模型参数进行了修正。通过振动测试方法对盘式制动器进行振动噪声测试,获得了制动器及其主要部件的振动信号和噪声
