扬长教育初论

摘    要:在人的发展和人才培养中,人的“长”就是个体发展的优势资源,扬长教育就是张扬学生长处,促进学生扬长发展的教育策略。其旨在使学生更好地开发和利用自己的发展资源(时间、精力、兴趣、特长、个性、志向、兴趣),达到在创新中扬长,在扬长中完善知识、能力与素质,实现人的全面发展。扬长教育不仅仅是一种教育策略,而且是对传统教育的挑战。它改变了传统教育的质量观,人才知识与素质构成的方式、教育伦理和人才培养过程要素的含义等。

Abstract:Human strong point is the excellent resource of individual development in human development and talent training. The encouragement of strong point education is a strategy of developing student's advantageous side. Its idea is that a student makes full use of his own development resources, developing strong point in creating, learning in promoting strong side, and realizing one's own development. The education of encouraging strong point is not only a strategy of education, but also a challenge with the traditional education. It changes the quality idea of traditional education, constructs the model of knowledge and personality, and transforms educational ethic and content meaning of talent training process.
