京石段节制闸流量系数原型观测与分析

摘    要:京石段应急供水工程2008年临时通水系初次通水运行,总干渠输水控制和运行调度的水力学问题,一直为设计和运行管理等各方所关注。介绍6座典型节制闸流量系数原型观测成果,并进行水力计算分析评价。观测条件下,各节制闸出流均为闸孔淹没出流,其流量系数μ1介于0.773~0.834之间,平均为0.815。各闸过闸流量实测值与计算值总体趋于一致,二者偏差介于-1%~5%之间,表明原型观测成果较为可靠,可为总干渠运行调度和输水控制提供技术支撑。

Abstract:The hydraulics problems of water transfer control and operation dispatch in main channel of Jingshi Section are always draught attention of the designer and manager from the first time water transferring in 2008. It introduces the discharge coefficient prototype observation results of 6 check gates, hydraulic analysis is also included. Flow over check gates are all submergence sluice flow on observation conditions and the discharge coefficient μ_1 is about 0.773~0.834,in the average value of 0.815. Value of prototype observation of flow discharge over check gates is similar to computed value and the deviation is about -1%~5%. It is revealed that prototype observation results are reliable and the results can be a basis for water transfer dispatch of main channel
