新型螺旋焊管内焊装置

由于螺旋焊管的内焊是在管坯内进行的,不便于观察且受管内空间位置的限制,因而内焊装置具有其特殊性。为此,研制了一套新型螺旋焊管内焊装置。该新型螺旋焊管内焊装置由对缝跟踪机构、焊臂系统、调节机构及焊矩等组成。调节机构置于机臂前端,通过焊臂与对缝跟踪机构联接,焊臂从机臂内通孔穿过,在机臂通孔前端设计安装直线轴承,既能支撑焊臂又能减少焊臂进退阻力。该该新型螺旋焊管内焊装置调节灵活,稳定性好,可应用于内焊单丝或双丝焊接,特别适合于小口径螺旋焊管生产的内焊工艺要求。

A new apparatus for internal welding of spiral pipes

Based on the specialty of internal welding process of spiral pipes,a new internal welding apparatus is developed for the spiral pipe welding. The apparatus is composed of a butt-welding tracker,a welding arm,adjustment mechanism and welding torch. The adjustment mechanism is placed on the front end of the machine arm,and it is linked through the welding; arm and butt-welding tracker. The welding arm is going through internal hole of the machine arm,installation of linear bearing is designed on the front end of the machine arm hole,by which the welding arm is supported and the forward and backward drag of welding arm is reduced. The welding apparatus is flexible for adjustment and has good stability,and can be used for single and double wire internal welding,especially satisfied with the requirements of internal welding techniques of small diameter spiral pipe production.
