基于DSP的滚动轴承数据采集与处理系统设计

摘    要:介绍了一种基于DSP的滚动轴承数据采集与处理系统,该系统以DSP芯片TMS320C6713为核心处理器,由数据采集部分、DSP数据处理部分、CPLD控制部分和PC机通信部分等组成。本文对其中的关键电路进行了介绍,并把该系统应用到滚动轴承的故障诊断中,取得了较好的效果。

Abstract:In this paper, a data acquisition and processing system for rolling bearings based on DSP was introduced. The core processor of this system is TMS320C6713, and the system is composed by the data acquisition parts, DSP data processing parts, CPLD controlling parts and the part for communicating with PC. The paper introduces the key circuits of the system, and applies this system on the fault diagnosis of roiling bearings, which gains an excepting result.
