| 摘 要： | 随着数控机床的广泛应用,CAD/CAM软件成为提高数控编程效率,解决特殊和复杂工件数控编程的重要工具.在对加工实例进行工艺分析的基础上,提出了利用Mastercam软件进行车铣复合加工自动编程的思路,阐述了该软件的车铣复合功能,详细介绍了其工作流程和实现方法.

| Abstract: | With the spread application of CNC machine tool,CAD/ CAM software is becoming an important tool for improving programming efficiency,carrying out programming of machining special and complicated parts.Based on probing into technology of machining the spares,put forward an idea of using Mastercam software for automatic programming in turn-milling machining,expounded the turn-milling function of the software by a typical example,and introduced detailedly the technological process and method for applying it. |
