| 摘 要： | 针对当前国内造船企业焊接作业工时定额制定不准确、工时管理困难的现状,从能量守恒思想出发,提出一种新的计算焊接工时定额的方法.根据焊丝(或焊条)熔敷金属的体积与熔入焊缝的金属体积相等的原理,解决焊缝横截面积、焊丝熔化速度的计算等关键问题,以得到焊接速度,从而制定出作业工时.建立相应的知识库和推理机,实现焊接工时的智能化计... |
