| 摘 要： | 为了在提高电力企业工作效率的同时能保证电网的安全可靠运行,通过对深圳电网运行方式的研究,结合对国内电网调度运行的调查,提出一种智能化、自动化的电网运行专家系统。该系统可整合OPEN-3000、MIS系统里的数据,统一到一个共享数据平台,经过一系列的自动化算法最终实现:停电检修单、运行方式单、启动方案以及风险发布单的自动生成。

| Abstract: | In order to improve the working efficiency of electric power enterprise and guarantee the operation security of power grid,by studying Shenzhen power grid operation mode and investigating dispatching operations in domestic power grids,an intelligent and automatic power grid operation mode expert system is proposed.The proposed system can integrate data from OPEN-3000 and MIS and then unify them to a shared data platform.By a series of automatic algorithm,the system can realize the automatic generation of power off maintenance table,operation mode table,startup scheme and risk issuance table. |
