探讨提高广西电网安全运行水平的措施

针对广西电网运行中存在的问题,分析了影响电网安全运行的几个因素及对电网安全运行的影响,并提出了解决问题的建议,以确保广西电网安全运行。提出了加强断面潮流的监控,制订断面潮流越限的管理和考核规定;加强对用户站运行人员的培训管理;加强对百色崇左区域安全稳定控制系统的运行管理;在百色站和崇左站各加装1台500 kV变压器;在方式安排的工作流程上引入安全校核机制等改进措施。

Study on Measures of Improving the Security Operation Level in Guangxi Power Grid

According to existing problems in the operation of the Guangxi power grid,factors which influence the security operation of Guangxi power grid are analyzed and suggestions on how to solve problems are proposed to ensure the security operation of Guangxi power grid.These suggestions include: strengthening the monitoring of cross section power flow,making management and test regulation of the cross section power flow off-limit,improving the training management of operation personnel in user substation,strengthening to manage of the security and stability control system of Baise and Chongzuo area,adding 500 kV transformers in both Baise and Chongzuo substation,introducing improvement measures such as security check mechanism in the working process of the operation mode arrangement.
