汽轮机高压调门流量特性测试分析

摘    要:汽轮机阀门管理程序中阀门流量特性曲线的真实性,直接影响机组协调控制的品质、一次调频动作合格率以及阀门单阀/多阀切换。以广西某发电公司220 MW机组为例,对高压主汽阀流量特性曲线进行实测,介绍高压调阀流量特性曲线实测方法及数据处理方法。

Abstract:The reality of the flow characteristic curve in turbine valve management program influences directly the quality of coordinate control,the qualification rate of primary frequency regulation and the switch of single/multiple valve.With a 220 MW unit in a certain Guangxi power plant as an example,the flow characteristic curve of high pressure main steam valve was tested,and the test method and the data disposal method are also introduced.
