特高频和超声波局部放电综合检测技术的应用

摘    要:应用超声波法和超高频法综合检测技术,对GIS、开关柜及部分异常设备进行检测。发现GIS及开关柜等多起设备隐患,并采取相应措施进行了处理,确保了电网的安全运行。超声波法和超高频法均是现场局部放电的主要检测方法,超声波法对自由颗粒缺陷具有较高的灵敏度;超高频法对设备内部的金属尖端放电、接触不良放电、GIS盆式绝缘子上的自由金属颗粒和内部缺陷反映较灵敏,使用时可根据实际情况进行选择。

Abstract:By using ultra high frequency(UHF) and acoustic emission(AE) based partial discharge(PD) integration detection technology,GIS equipment,switchgears and abnormal equipment were detected and several hidden defects were found and treated to insure the security operation of power grid.Both UHF method and AE method are main PD detection methods.The AE method is more sensitive in checking the free particle defection,and the UHF method is more sensitive in checking metal point discharge,bad contact discharge,free metal particle of GIS disc insulator and internal defects,which can be choose depending on the situation.
