高过进口联箱接管焊接接头开裂原因分析

摘    要:为查找高过进口联箱接管焊接接头开裂的原因,对该焊接接头进行了光谱分析、硬度检测和金相分析,结果表明,该接管焊接接头开裂的原因为焊缝及热影响区的硬度与母材存在差异,在焊接接头的附加应力、焊接产生的残余应力和机组的交变应力的共同作用下产生开裂。对优化锅炉安装的焊接工艺提出建议。

Abstract:In order to find the reason of welding joint crack of high temperature superheater inlet header nozzle,spectral analysis,hardness test and metallographic analysis of the weld joint has been made.Results show that the difference between the hardness of welding seam and heat affecting zone and the hardness of parent material is the reason which produces the crack under common actions of additional stress of welding joint,residual stress of welding and alternating stress of generator.Suggestions on the optimization of welding technology in the boiler’s installation are proposed.
