电厂锅炉动叶可调轴流送风机失速分析及处理

摘    要:通过对合山发电公司锅炉运行参数分析、风机测试和停机检查,发现2B送风机消声器损坏,引起送风机入口风速、风量减少,从而导致风机连续发生失速异常。为防止动叶可调轴流风机失速异常或减少失速导致的跳机事件,在借鉴外厂经验的同时,合山发电公司决定取消失速跳风机的保护逻辑,并重新选取消声器材质。目前风机运行平稳,改造效果良好。

Abstract:By the analysis of boiler operation parameters of Heshan power generator,the flow fan test and the shutdown inspection,the muffler damage of 2B flow fan is found which reduce the wind speed and volume at the entrance of the fan and thus lead to the continous speed loss of the fan.In order to prevent the abnormal speed loss of adjustable moving blade axial flow fan or reduce the trip accident caused by speed loss,the protection logic that trip flow fan if speed loss happened is canced and the material of muffler is rechoosed.Now the operation of the fan is stable and the modifacation effect is good.
