摘    要:由于燃煤灰分的增大及除尘器除尘效率的降低,合山公司脱硫系统(GGH)频繁发生堵塞现象。通过调研和论证,在GGH净烟侧上部加装1台吹灰器,对原烟气侧原有吹灰器进行了国产化改造。此项改造强化了吹灰器的清灰效果,有效地降低了GGH阻力。

Abstract:The blocking problems of desulfurization system(GGH)happens frequently because of the increasing coal ash content and decreasing efficiency of dust catcher.Based on study and reasoning,a sootblower was added on the top of the clean gas side of GGH,and the localized modification to the original sootblower at the flus gas side was made,which strengthen the ash cleaning effect of sootblower and reduce the resistance of GGH effectively.
