隔离开关电气闭锁回路隐患分析及改进

摘    要:根据220 kV横县变电站调试过程发现隔离开关电气闭锁回路在特殊情况下失效的现象,分析原因,指出了调试过程应注意检验特殊情况下的电气闭锁逻辑,避免存在重大安全隐患。提出了改进设计回路,避免出现上述特殊情况的方案。

Abstract:The failure Reason of electrical blocking circuit of disconnector under special situation found in the debug process of 220kV Hengxian substation are analyzed.It is pointed out that the electrical blocking logic under special situation should be verified in the debug process to avoid important potential security risk.The scheme that the design circuit should be modified to avoid the special situation above is proposed.
