智能化时间频率测试分析平台的实现与应用

摘    要:针对目前电力系统时间频率设备无法进行全面、有效和高精度的测试和无法对测试数据进行综合分析等问题,设计并开发了一种高精度、综合性、智能化的时间频率测试分析平台。详细介绍了测试分析平台的总体结构、工作原理和功能分析,通过在时间同步设备中的测试应用,验证了平台的功能和性能达到设计目标,同时满足了电力行业标准测试要求。

Abstract:For problems that there is no electrical system synchronous device to take comprehensive,effective and high precise measurement and analyze data comprehensively,a high precise,integrated and intelligent time-frequency measurement and analysis platform is designed and developed.The construction,principle and function of the platform are introduced.The test and application results show that the function and performance of the platform achieves the design object and satisfies the measurement demand of electrical power industry standards.
