摘    要:为了解决宁德电厂2台并列运行的引风机发生抢风的问题,结合抢风过程中各运行参数的变化情况进行分析,找出引风机抢风的原因是空气预热器堵灰、电除尘效果不好以及脱硫系统增压风机入口烟气挡板没有全开而导致烟道阻力大幅度增加.对引风机发生抢风后的调整方法及防范措施提出自己的建议.

Abstract:In order to solve the overwind guiding problem of 2 parallel operating draft fans in Ningde power plant,Changes of all operation parameters during the overwind guiding process were analyzed,and reasons were found which were ash blocking of air preheater,unsatisfied effect of electric dust catcher and incompletely opened inlet gas damper of boost fan of desulfurization system which lead to the greatly increasing air tunnel resistance.Suggestions on adjustment methods and countermeasures after the overwind guiding are proposed.
