| 摘 要： | 针对300 MW机组发电机定子冷却水净化系统离子交换器树脂跑漏,大量树脂进入发电机定子冷却水系统,造成发电机多根铜管堵塞,机组被迫停运的事故,结合现场实际对故障检查分析,认为发电机定子冷却水净化系统设计上的缺陷和运行人员操作失误是引发事故的原因。对故障进行了处理,并对系统进行了改造。

| Abstract: | The problem that a large amount of resin belongs to the ion exchanger of 300 MW generator stator cooling water purification system,leaked into the generator stator cooling water system,blocked many generator brass pipes and lead to the forced outage accident,is inspected and analyzed based on the actual situation of the scene.It is considered that it is the design defects of the generator stator cooling water purification system and the operation failure that caused the accident.The accident has been treated and modification to the system has been made. |
