摘    要:介绍了某440 t/h无烟煤循环流化床(CFB)锅炉改烧烟煤后的运行情况,详细比较了2种煤种在启动用油、一、二次风量、飞灰含碳量和厂用电率等方面的区别。结果表明,无烟煤CFB锅炉改烧烟煤后运行稳定,可降低投煤温度,缩短油枪运行时间和启动时间,启动节约用油近15 t/次,飞灰含碳量和厂用电率都得到降低,锅炉运行的经济性得以大幅度提高。为同类型机组拓宽购煤渠道、降低燃煤成本提供借鉴。

Abstract:The operation of a certain 440t/h anthracite fired circulating fluidized bed(CFB) boiler is introduced after the replacement of bituminite.Differences are compared from aspects of the fuel oil consumption of startup,primary and secondary air flow,carbon content of fly ash and the auxiliary power consumption rate.The result shows that the operation of anthracite fired CFB boiler is stable after the replacement,and the replacement drops the coal feeding temperature,reduces the operation and startup time of oil gun,saves 15 tons oil per startup time,decreases the carbon content in fly ash and the auxiliary power rate,and thus improves the economic operation of boiler greatly which provides references for similar type units on how to expand coal sourcing channels and reduce coal cost.
